To celebrate the new decade we are releasing DRT YRT’s newest album Tripel. 9 tracks recorded in the Stable in Mendocino, CA and at the Stude in San Francisco, CA in September 2009. Months of mixing and editing done at the end of the year.

Otto Mobile and the Moaners will be performing a few songs from our studio in San Francisco live on the internet this weekend. At 3pm PST visit the link below for a live studio webcast. We’ll play a number of songs and maybe talk a bit. It will be a short show, probably about 20 or 30 minutes.

Our Roots-Americana band, Otto Mobile and the Moaners is set to perform our biggest show to date tomorrow, Thursday January 7th, at the esteemed Freight and Salvage in Berkeley, CA. We’ve been very excited and preparing for a couple months now. Its a great venue that just moved into a new downtown location last Fall. [...]
I’m working on a couple mixtapes right now. This is the first one. Its a little housey, upbeat and it opens with some older cuts like the uplifting “It’s Alright, I Feel It!” I used to listen to back in the day. It also features some brand new tracks like Basement Jaxx’s “Raindrops”.
